Double your LUCC HIIT Workout is 2 LUCC workouts put together to get you moving, sweating, and burning fat!

LUCC Method Workouts are an efficient way to work your whole body at once so you can get on with your life and still be to work on time (or nearly on time).

The rest in between lets you know that you can push yourself a little more than normal.

The set up.

The only equipment needed for this one is a stair for step ups. Set a timer for 10 minutes. Complete the following moves as many times through as you can in the 10 minutes:
10 squats
10 pushups
10 lunges
10 deadbugs

Then rest for the fastest 3 minutes of your life. I swear, 3 minutes is the longest time when you’re warming up food but the shortest during a workout rest period.

Set another timer for 10 minutes and complete as many times through of:
10 dips
10 step ups
10 froggers
10 frogger abs

Cool down (lay on the ground lol) and stretch before getting on with the rest of your day.

Why each movement?

Squats: squats work a large group of muscles at once. Working large muscles and multiple large ones means more fat burning.

Push ups: push ups are a real total body workout, not just for your chest. You use your shoulders by holding yourself up as well as your core to help you push yourself up from the bottom position and stay stable.

Lunges: lunges mimic walking and are great for building that backside.

Deadbugs: deadbugs work the deep core muscles which can reduce low back pain but also help to give that nice toned look.

Dips: dips work your chest and the back of your arms (triceps). It’s a helpful move any time you have to push off something like the chair when your legs are too sore to function on their own.

Step ups: step ups really work the booty and the back of the legs (hamstrings) making you stronger in your other movements.

Froggers: froggers work your whole body at once and really get your heart rate up!

Frogger abs: frogger abs also work those deep core muscles as well as the inner thighs. It’s a nice burn.

See all the moves in action below!
