Weekly Meal Plan #10

I love stir fry dinners because they’re delicious and quick.

Not only that, it’s easy to switch up the protein and veggies to make it like new each time. It’s really easy to get into a meal rut, but with stir frys, you can keep it fresh and lively.

I crowned myself the stir fry queen because I eat at least one every week. My boyfriend used to always say no when I said we were having stir fry, until I got creative and switched it up each time.

Now he loves them, just like I do!

5 stir fry dinners for this week.

Sticky Honey Garlic Butter Shrimp by The Recipe Critic

My favorite seafood is shrimp! So this stir fry idea made the top of my list. Add a side of your favorite veggies, for me it’ll be broccoli coated and mixed in with this delicious sauce, and you’re good to go. Serve it over a bed of brown rice or quinoa for a complete meal. Your coworkers will be jealous of your leftovers the next day.

Look at all the veggies in this one. It’s all veggies. I like this one as a meatless option. You can add chickpeas or even tofu or scrambled eggs to the mix to get in some added protein. Side note: veggies have protein so don’t worry about that, but for added protein, you’ve got options.

Quick and easy dinner. Grab some pre-cut veggies to cut down on the prep time. This one makes for great leftovers as well and is sure to please. I ate this one over a bed of brown rice.
