Weekly Meal Plan #6: One Pan Dinners

This first time I came across one pan dinners, I was literally jumping for joy! How awesome to be able to have a quick and healthy meal on the table without having to make a mess of the kitchen. I’m not a fan of doing the dishes, so every chance I get to reduce how many dishes I use to make the dinner, I’m a happy camper. What I also love about one pan dinners is that you can get a workout in while it cooks. Then you’re good to go to eat a nice meal once your done. I used to be anti workout a home because I didn’t feel it counted if I didn’t go to the gym. But my thoughts on that have completely shifted as my schedule has gotten busier and making it to the gym isn’t always an option. Plus I can cook my meal while I workout which, is really the win here. And my dog is the best workout partner.

Here are 5 quick and easy one pan dinners to add to your mix!

Baked Salmon Shrimp and Asparagus by Valentina’s Corner

If you’ve been hanging out with me for a bit, you know that I love salmon. I don’t eat it that often because my boyfriend doesn’t have the same love and appreciation for salmon as I do. But what you probably didn’t know is that I really love shrimp. When I was in high school, I used to order pasta with chicken and shrimp, ALWAYS. My boyfriend’s parents would always joke with me and ask if I was going to order the pasta with chimp (get it, chicken and shrimp?). Anyway, you can’t go wrong with some salmon, shrimp, and asparagus! Great for the seafood lover.
