Hi! I’m Atim Effiong, and I am your FitLife Architect I help busy professional women live the FitLife with a busy schedule so that they can be fit enough to enjoy the life they’re creating.

 

How it works

I work with you and you lifestyle to create a step-by-step system to save time, take the guess work out of being healthy, and determine what nutrition, exercise, and stress management routine works best for you. Throughout the process, you’ll uncover road blocks and barriers that are getting in your way of being successful. By working together, you’ll be able to overcome these barriers so that you are able to develop lasting nutrition and physical activity habits that become part of your live, increase your energy levels, improve your mood, increase your self-confidence, and your body confidence. All of my work is done virtually, so geography is not an issue, hooray! Talk about stress free!

A little about me

As a busy professional, I’ve learned that it’s possible to live a healthy lifestyle and focus on creating a successful career. It takes small choices daily, but those choices lead to big changes in your health. I’ve had experience helping professionals with variable work and travel schedules lose weight and create health habits, all while dealing with the challenges put in front of them. It was truly amazing to see the transformations they made and put me on this path to help others see the same possibility.

My own experience with health and fitness is a true testament to my ability to apply theory to the real world, or throw it out when needed. My physical fitness and how I care for myself is a major part of my life and who I am. My educational background and over 6 years of experience in exercise science, nutrition, public health, behavior change, and occupational health make me fit to help you achieve your goals. When we see our own worth and value, something incredible happens in our lives.
