If you’re ready to turn your occasional workouts into a life-long exercise habit, you’re in the right place. Often times exercise can feel like it’s all or nothing. We have to exercise 6 days a week for a couple hours right from day one. No wonder it doesn’t last for more than a couple months at a time before we say screw it.

But creating a life-long exercise habit doesn’t have to be this way. And with a busy schedule, ain’t nobody got time for that!

To make it work for your schedule and to maintain it for life, we’ve got to build solid health habits that stick even when fitness isn’t in our top 3 priorities. In Strength Circuits Small Group Personal Training, you’ll learn:

*How to plan your weeks to fit in effective workouts that build strength, endurance, and an exercise habit.
*How to apply simple eating habits to your life.

I’ll provide you the tools to be successful:

*30-45 minute workouts you can do at home or at the gym that focus on meeting the physical activity guidelines for adults (150 minutes of cardio exercise and at least 2 days of strength training all major muscle groups a week).

*Simple nutrition habits and strategies for eating at home or eating out.

*Insights on rest, sleep, and recovery to support a life-long exercise habit.

*The support and accountability you need to be successful through group chats and group coaching calls. Think of me as your fitness mentor and FitLife Architect 🙂

In the end, you’ll:

*Build a life-long exercise habit for well-being and longevity.
*Have way more energy, your coworkers will wonder what got into you.
*Feel confident as hell by achieving things you didn’t think were possible. Maybe you’ll finally speak up in that monthly meeting or ask for the raise you deserve.

This is a 6 week program (to accommodate the holidays) with the option to extend at the end.
