As you know, I love HIIT and LUCC when time is short, the gym isn’t an option, or you’re just plain busy. Even when you’re on vacation or away for a holiday, HIIT and LUCC are your FitLife superheroes.

The set up:
Set the timer for 15 minutes: when you’re short on time, you’ll know exactly how long the workout will take you. But this isn’t the time to half ass the workout (I’m soo guilty of this at times, lol). Work hard, and rest as needed. Make those 15 minutes count!
Curtsy lunge: these are great for working your balance as well as a few different muscles in your legs. Plus they remind me of my short stint as a ballerina as a kid (I quit because my ballet shoes didn’t fit anymore, and I was too scared to tell my mom for some reason – such an odd kid).
Dips: dips work the back of your arm, your triceps, to give you that nice toned look. They also work your chest, similar to push-ups. You can do dips off the chair, with knees bent or straight (straight is more challenging). Keep your core nice and tight to help you keep form. You only need to go down until your elbows are bent 90 degrees.
Single leg hip bridges: these are great for building and strengthening that booty. Single leg challenges the glutes even more, which is what we want!
Bird dogs: bird dogs are a fun pilates move that works your core and booty! Bonus!
If you have any questions or want to share how the workout went for you, leave it in the comments!
