Work it Out HIIT!

This one is sure to light up those legs and get that core feeling tight. Don’t be surprised if you’re feeling pretty sore after this one. Just getting back into exercise? 3 rounds will do you good. FitLife status? 5 is great. If you feel great, do a 6th round. Rest as needed.

As always make sure you warm up and cool down for about 5-7 minutes each. Oh and, always consult a healthcare provider before starting a new exercise program. A workout like this 2-3 times a week is a great place to start, and 3 is a great place to stay. Rest is important too 🙂

Why each movement?

Wide leg squats: squats work the booty and make your legs strong so you can get around easier. Wide leg squats work the inner thighs too.

Dips: dips work the back of the arms and really firm them up. Plus they also work your chest and require you to use your core to keep your form.

Deadbugs: deadbugs are one of the best deep core exercises. Working those deep core muscles can help reduce low back pain and give you that tight abs look.

Jump jacks: they get your heart rate up, meaning your burning more and will keep you burning calories after the workout is done.

Have a great workout!
