20 Minute Extra Veggie Chicken Stir Fry

20 Minute Extra Veggie Chicken Stir Fry is a quick and delicious meal that’s done and on the table fast. Full of protein and veggies, this stir fry is a great option for living the FitLife.

Protein and Vegetable Stir Fry

I coined myself the stir fry queen because I eat a stir fry at least twice a week.

Stir fry meals are so easy and quick to make. That’s why I love them. Plus, you can switch up the protein, veggies, and sauces to make it something different each time.

As we all know, when living the FitLife, we got to get our protein and veggies. Top this one over some brown rice or quinoa and we’ve got ourselves a quick and complete meal.

Extra veggies for dinner!

Veggie Stir Fry

To save some time on this one, I opted for a fresh stir fry mix from the grocery store. They have lots of different options. However, if you have the time, make your own stir fry mix. Some veggies you can use are broccoli, snow peas, mushrooms, peppers, onions, and asparagus to name just a few.

I also used chicken broth instead of soy sauce but you can certainly switch it up and use soy sauce.

This looks like a great dinner. I am not sure what I like the best about it – all of the veggies or that it can be on the table in a short amount of time. I would love it if you would consider sharing it at the This Is How We Roll Link Party. It is live right now. See you there.
