Bodyweight HIIT Workout

This HIIT workout focuses on all the moves you need to tone your whole body in under 30 minutes. No equipment needed for this one!

Bodyweight HIIT Workout

Whether you like to workout at home or at the gym, having a plan makes you more likely to stick to your goals. If you want to tone up, lose fat, and get stronger, you know that adding in some weight training and some high intensity training will get you there quicker. Plus, with a busy schedule, we can’t always get in a long workout.

HIIT training is highly effective for fat loss and getting your metabolism up, which is why they are a big part of all my training programs. Add some bodyweight moves to the mix, and we’re really on our way to changing how our bodies look and getting lean.

HIIT workout for home or gym

This HIIT and Lift workout is fun, intense, and will have you dripping sweat in under 30 minutes!

7 rounds:
7 squats
7 pushups
7 v ups
7 tuck jumps
7 inchworms

Squats are great for the booty, but they also use a lot of muscles so you’ll get a good workout in!

Pushups are an awesome bodyweight exercise and require you to use your whole body. Remember to keep that core tight!

V ups are a challenging ab exercise. Feel free to modify by bending your knees.

Tuck jumps will get your heart rate up and are kinda fun. Jump as high as you can!

Inchworms work your shoulders and your core. They’re more challenging than they appear.

If you’re starting out, do 5 rounds. 7-10 rounds if you have the time and are feeling great!
