Another busy week, another quick HIIT workout to get you moving and fit again.
When the days get crazy, finding time for yourself and your fitness can be challenging. But when we break it down into 15 minute chunks instead of hours at a time per day, it seems much more doable.
I mean look at everything you can do in 15 minutes:
Check all your social media.
Skim your emails.
Eat lunch.
Run a kickass meeting.
Ask for a promotion.
Brainstorm ideas to efficiently complete a project.
Look for recipes on Pinterest.
Call and talk to your parents.
Plan a post-work bitch sesh over happy hour with your work BFF.
Get in a workout before getting in the shower and going to work.
The possibilities are endless, but when you think about it, you can accomplish a lot in 15 minutes, including moving your body and getting a solid workout in. And you can even work your whole body in that snippet of time.
And because I want to help you succeed and reach your goals, I’ve got a quality 15 minute one for you that works your whole body! I previewed the first round for you, but you got 4 more after that. 🙂
Don’t be afraid to hit the modified version of the pushups (from knees) but still keep the elbows in (no chicken wings, unless that’s what’s for dinner).
Tell me how you did!
