Chicken wings are probably one of my legit favorite things in life, EVER!

There’s a photo of me as a kid at my parent’s house of me eating chicken. I’m probably only 2 in that photo. I always had a love for chicken.

Quick and Easy Instant Pot Chicken Wings

I got an Instant Pot a few years ago. Ryan bought it for me one Black Friday after I had just mentioned it. I didn’t think I would use it so I wasn’t convinced to buy it. He must have been feeling really nice that day (he’s nice pretty much all the time) and ordered it for me. I thought he was joking until it showed up at our door.

I’ve been using my Instant Pot mainly to cook rice. Did you know you can cook brown rice in 22 minutes with the Instant Pot?! I also use it to cook chicken and some other meats here and there. I haven’t taken advantage of all the things I can make in it. So I decided to try my hand at chicken wings, they were on sale at Sprouts (bonus).

These Instant Pot sweet chili garlic chicken wings turned out to be amazing.

Ryan couldn’t wait for me to finish photographing them so he could devour them. And that’s what we both did. These are quick to make. Add some veggies, and you’re good to go. If you don’t have an Instant Pot yet, get one. Brown rice done in 22 minutes. That’s all I need to say. And well, this recipe too because it’s solid.
