EffiFit Weekly Round Up 1

O M G! This week has been amazing! In the next month or so, you’ll be getting to hear from me more regularly, but until then here’s the week’s round up.

As you know, we started the Fall Into Fitness Sugar Free Challenge over on the Busy Professionals Getting Fit Group. And it is rockin! There’s a great group of ladies that are taking control of one aspect of their lives, what they put into their body. It’s amazing to see what they are doing with such busy schedules. It’s been really fun to watch them work together and help each other out.

It’s not too late to still get in on it, we’re just getting ready to start week 2.

What you may have also started to notice is the EffiFit Workouts.

Fusing together many ideas and theory in exercise (yes I’m a nerd and studied exercise in college), I’ve been working to put together quick and effective workouts for the busy professional woman. I know you’re busy growing that career and reaching boss status. Sometimes getting to the gym for a full hour just isn’t in the books.

But with workouts you can do in your office, or before getting to your office, that take less than 30 minutes to complete, you can control yet another aspect of your life. Remember those days of taking care of yourself and being in great shape before you started your career? It’s time to bring it back! This time in a more realistic manner that fits your current life.

Here’s just 2 of the ones we did this week during the Fall Into Fitness Sugar Free Challenge, plus one bonus from Labor Day that was crazy good! That’s right, there are workouts too in the challenge because that’s a great habit to get started right away.
